SHIPPING POLICY – AquilVision

1. Fulfillment & Processing  
We partner with third-party production and shipping providers (such as Printify) to fulfill our physical products.  
- Processing time: 2–5 business days  
- Production and packaging are handled once your order is placed.

2. Shipping Times  
Shipping times vary based on destination:  
- USA: 3–7 business days  
- Canada: 5–10 business days  
- International: 7–21 business days  
Please note: These are estimated ranges and actual delivery may be affected by postal delays or customs.

3. Shipping Rates  
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.  
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly noted on the product or checkout page.

4. Tracking  
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).  
Tracking may not be available for certain international destinations.

5. Customs & Duties  
International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

6. Delays & Issues  
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:  
- Carrier errors  
- Weather events  
- Customs processing  
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

7. Digital Products  
No shipping applies to digital products. They are delivered electronically and separately from physical items.
