THE ARTWORK & QUALITY
What materials do you use for your prints? We settle for nothing less than museum-grade quality. Our Fine Art Papers are acid-free and archival-grade, while our Canvases are made from premium cotton-poly blends. All pieces are printed using professional Giclée techniques with fade-resistant inks to ensure your legacy piece lasts for generations.
Are the frames included? To allow our collectors the freedom to match their personal interior aesthetics, our artworks are typically shipped as unframed premium prints or gallery-wrapped canvases. Please refer to the specific product description for the unique finishing details of your selection.
How do I care for my artwork? To preserve the vibrant colors, we recommend hanging your art away from direct, prolonged sunlight. For maintenance, a soft, dry microfiber cloth is sufficient for occasional dusting.
PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
How long does it take to prepare my order? Each piece at AQUILVISION is Made to Order. This means your selection is printed and quality-checked specifically for you. This bespoke process typically takes 2-4 business days before dispatch.
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we provide global shipping to automotive enthusiasts worldwide, with a primary focus on the US and EU. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How is the artwork protected during transit? We use signature heavy-duty, reinforced tubes for paper prints and specialized protective cushioning for canvases. Our goal is to ensure your artwork arrives in the same pristine condition it left our studio.
ORDERS & RETURNS
Can I modify or cancel my order? As we begin the bespoke production process shortly after an order is placed, modifications or cancellations are only possible within the first 12 hours. Please contact our concierge team at sales@aquilops.com immediately for any changes.
What is your return policy? Since every artwork is custom-made to your specific size and material selection, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Where can I track my order? Once your artwork departs from our studio, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow its journey on our dedicated TRACK YOUR ORDER page.
