You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for physical products.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
All tags and original packaging must be intact
Proof of purchase is required
Return must be initiated within 30 days
How to start a return:
Email us at sales@aquilops.com with your order number and reason for return
Wait for return authorization and instructions
Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label and packing instructions
Ship the item using the provided label

Due to their nature, digital products are handled differently.

No returns after download is accessed
24-hour return window if technical issues prevent download
48-hour window if the product significantly differs from its description
Digital Services & Subscriptions
7-day return window for unused services
No refunds for partially used subscriptions
Cancel before the next billing cycle
Custom Digital Work
No refunds once production has started
Full refund if we cannot deliver as agreed
