Our Quality Guarantee
Since each artwork is Made to Order specifically for you, we maintain a rigorous quality control process. However, if your order arrives with any craftsmanship defects or transit damage, we are committed to making it right immediately.
14-Day Return Window
We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for items that do not meet our quality standards.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be unused, in its original museum-grade packaging, and in the same pristine condition that you received it.

Exclusions: As our products are custom-made to your specific selection of size and material, we cannot accept returns for "change of mind" once the production process has begun.
Damaged or Defective Items
Your art is protected by our signature heavy-duty packaging. In the rare event of transit damage:

Provide Evidence: Please include high-resolution photographs of the damage and the original packaging.

Replacement: We will prioritize a complimentary replacement of your artwork to ensure your gallery remains flawless.
The Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our curators, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, please reach out to our support team.
