🛍 Physical Products – 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for physical products.

To be eligible for a return:

  Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  All tags and original packaging must be intact

  Proof of purchase is required

  Return must be initiated within 30 days

How to start a return:

  Email us at sales@aquilops.com with your order number and reason for return

  Wait for return authorization and instructions

  Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label and packing instructions

  Ship the item using the provided label

💾 Digital Products – Limited Return Policy

Due to their nature, digital products are handled differently.

Instant Downloads

  No returns after download is accessed

  24-hour return window if technical issues prevent download

  48-hour window if the product significantly differs from its description

Digital Services & Subscriptions

  7-day return window for unused services

  No refunds for partially used subscriptions

  Cancel before the next billing cycle

Custom Digital Work

  No refunds once production has started

  Full refund if we cannot deliver as agreed


🚨 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us within 48 hours if:

  The item is damaged

  You received the wrong product or quantity

  Parts or accessories are missing

  The download is corrupted or non-functional


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Physical Products:

🔁 Exchanges

  Physical items: Return the item and place a new order after return approval

  Digital items: No exchanges; contact us with specific concerns


🌍 International & EU Customers

EU Residents – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

  You may cancel your order within 14 days for any reason

  Items must be unused and in original packaging

  Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is defective

Digital Content:

  Right to cancel only before download starts

  Once download begins, you waive your cancellation rights


💳 Refunds

Processing Timeline:

  2–3 business days to inspect returned items

  24 hours for refund approval notification

  5–10 business days for funds to reach your payment method

  Banks may take an extra 3–5 days

Refund Method:

  Original payment method (default)

  Store credit (available upon request)

  We do not refund to alternate payment methods

Partial Refunds:

  Items without original packaging

  Signs of use beyond standard inspection

  Late returns (within 60 days): 50% refund

Physical Products:

  Customer pays for change-of-mind returns

  15% restocking fee for opened software/electronics (if resellable)

Digital Products:

  No shipping or restocking fees
