We offer both physical and digital products.  
- Physical items: May vary slightly in color, appearance, or materials.  
- Digital items: Delivered electronically, non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.  
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue products at any time.

4. Orders & Payments  
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.  
- Prices are subject to change without notice.  
- You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping details.  
- Orders may be canceled due to payment issues, suspected fraud, or policy violations.

5. Shipping & Delivery  
- Physical products: Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Once shipped, risk transfers to the buyer.  
- Digital products: Delivered via email or download link. If you experience issues, contact us within 24 hours.

6. Returns & Refunds  
- Physical items: Eligible for return within 14 days if unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.  
- Digital items: All sales are final and non-refundable due to the nature of digital delivery.

7. Intellectual Property  
All content, including images, graphics, text, and designs, is owned by or licensed to AquilVision. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without written permission.

8. User Conduct  
You agree not to use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. Harassment, abusive language, or interference with site operations is strictly prohibited.
