SHIPPING POLICY: THE JOURNEY OF YOUR ARTWORK

At AQUILVISION, we don’t just ship products; we deliver carefully curated pieces of automotive history. To ensure your artwork arrives in gallery-perfect condition, we follow a meticulous production and shipping process.

1. Production & Handling Time (Made to Order)

Every artwork in our collection is exclusively crafted upon your request.

  • Processing: Please allow 2 - 4 business days for our curators to print, quality-check, and hand-pack your order.

  • Museum-Grade Packaging: We use signature heavy-duty, reinforced tubes and protective materials to ensure your prints are shielded from any transit impact.

2. Shipping Destinations & Rates

We are proud to offer global shipping to our collectors worldwide, specializing in the US and European markets.

  • Domestic Shipping (US/EU): Delivered within 5 - 8 business days after processing.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 10 - 15 business days.

  • Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the dimensions of your artwork and your global location.

3. Real-Time Tracking

Once your legacy piece has departed from our studio, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your personal tracking number. You can follow its journey through our dedicated TRACK YOUR ORDER page.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For our international collectors, please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country.

  • These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • AQUILVISION has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your artwork is damaged during its journey:

  1. Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.

  2. In the rare event of damage, contact our concierge team at sales@aquilops.com within 48 hours with high-resolution photos of the packaging and the artwork.

  3. We will prioritize a complimentary replacement to ensure your gallery remains impeccable.

6. Address Modifications

To maintain our efficiency, address changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the production process has begun, we are unable to redirect shipments.
